Neon Signs cannot be shipped International as our shippers will not
insure for damage. We can ship to a freight forwarder or border postal
destination here in the USA for pickup.

RETURN POLICIES
In the event that you receive a item that has been damaged in shipment we will replace this item. Please call us within 7 days of shipment at 1-800-708-5051 for a return authorization. If you would like to return a item that is undamaged please call us for return authorization. These returns are subject to a 15% restock charge.
